pkesy reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your pkesy account balance upon confirmation of receipt of cleared funds. pkesy does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges for which pkesy bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes on average during normal operating conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals will, wherever technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. pkesy reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds that represent genuine deposits and/or legitimate winnings from real-money gameplay. Bonus funds are subject to separate withdrawal conditions as detailed in Section 5. pkesy reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal pending completion of identity, source-of-funds, or fraud verification checks.
Currency: All transactions are conducted in PKR. If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. pkesy shall not be liable for any exchange rate fluctuations.

Regulatory Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following pkesy's final response, you may refer your complaint to the relevant regulatory authority or independent dispute resolution body associated with pkesy's gaming licence.
